Hello! My name is Keina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals (children ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, and families, helping with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustments at home, relationships, school, work, and just life in general. I believe therapy begins with creating a space where you can be honest without judgment and feel genuinely understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. Together, we'll look beyond the immediate symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, relationships, and circumstances that might be shaping what you're experiencing today. Sometimes the first step is simply having a safe place to begin. I welcome you to call/text so we can chat for a little bit. That way, I can get a better idea of what's going on.
